Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be hand packed with care and plenty of padding to ensure your items will arrive in perfect condition. I normally ship out once every week. If you need a gift in a hurry, please let us know and we will make every effort to ship sooner if possible.  Orders ship from Austin, TX 78749.

Shipping prices are calculated and very true to our actual cost, and many if our items are heavy in weight from the oils and glass. Sometimes there are goofs in the systems, so if shipping appears to be wrong please just send us a message.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us and your account information with us not be sold or shared in any way. We use your information for billing, shipping, and to contact you. We send emails to our customers of which you may my opt out at any time.

This site is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption on every logged in page, so you can be assured any data transmitted is fully secured.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, items cannot be returned for refund or exhcange. However if you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase, contact me and I will be sure make it right.

Ordering & Payment

We accept credit cards and Paypal. We accept normal Paypal payments, and Paypal is also the credit card processor for the site. You do not have to have or use a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit card. At the Paypal payment screen where you are asked to log in, there is a link to pay with credit card without a Paypal account.
